Vegetable Dicing Machine Working principle
The materials to be sliced are driven by the central plate and cut into slices by the vertical blades with centrifugal force. The slices are then shredded by the round shredding knife into strips. The strips are transferred to be cut by the crosscut knives, finally getting cubes or rectangular solid.
